Inspired by the spirit of Auguste Escoffier, the event brings together distinctive techniques, signatures and perspectives that are shaping contemporary cuisine in Vietnam.

Curated by seven prominent culinary figures, “Table des Sept” unfolds as a seven chapter symphony, with each chapter expressing its own culinary language. Guided by the technique, experience and individuality of each chef, the creations form a continuously evolving journey throughout the evening.
