A 30-day creative journey for the “National Seminar” event
Aligned with the “art meets science” philosophy of Biologique Recherche, the 30-day development process for the “National Seminar” menu was a continuous cycle of experimentation by the La Table Hanoia.

Every variable was carefully controlled - from applying 200°C for 30 seconds to activate the molten foie gras core, to selecting Curaçao purée after multiple ingredient iterations to achieve the exact brand shade of blue. These elements ensured not only visual precision but also met the demands of high-end event services, from event setup to the overall guest experience.
