Crafting a “Golden Heritage”
It is not the first time La Table Hanoia has partnered with Piaget to create distinctive culinary experiences at Press Club Hanoi. Yet the new space, “The House of Gold”, celebrating the Maison of Extraleganza and Piaget’s heritage in goldsmithing, watchmaking, and jewellery, has opened a new source of creative inspiration for the La Table Hanoia team.
Here, each dish is envisioned as a continuation of the Swiss Maison’s language of craftsmanship, where cuisine is not only about flavour but also about precision, detail, and the artistry of making.
When gold craftsmanship becomes culinary inspiration
Inspired by the iconic Decor Palace engraving technique introduced by Piaget in the 1960s, we approached the menu as a process of exploring balance between colour, form, and ingredients.

Eight dishes are built upon a restrained yet nuanced palette. Natural golden tones from pistachio and citron establish the visual rhythm of the menu, while greens from peas, which are notoriously difficult to preserve when exposed to heat, were tested and refined multiple times to achieve the desired harmony.

Once the colour palette was defined, each canapé was further developed through precise geometric forms such as layered cubes and half dome silhouettes. Every cut and edge was crafted with remarkable accuracy to evoke the refinement of a piece of jewellery. In this way, each canapé carries not only its own flavour but also the visual elegance of a miniature jewel, becoming another expression of craftsmanship.
A refined culinary experience at La Table Hanoia
Each dish is a carefully considered detail where flavour, colour, and texture come together to tell the story of the Maison’s golden heritage. At La Table Hanoia within Press Club Hanoi, our team is always ready to accompany guests in creating exceptional experiences, where cuisine becomes a refined language to express the story of every brand and every memorable occasion.
